Hello Thariyas,
Besides the radio and the PC, have you tried to connect the USB into another device to check if it gets recognized? Has the pendrive been recognized before or it never worked on the radio?
What type of format does the USB flash have?
Please, come back with additional information regarding your issue.
At first glance, comes up in my mind to suggest to try with a data recovery software to extract the data.

the usb is empty but to see the data in the usb is still there.

Have you tried to connect another USB device to the radio to check if it would see it? If non of the external devices that you connect to the radio can be recognized, then it's probably the radio's fault. Try with the recovery software as I wrote above and now the thing that comes into my mind is to try with Linux Live CD. This OS could help you access the data in your external flash.
