How to recover my gmail recovery options which was hacked

Hello,
I have another gmail ,i tried lot of times i failed to get recovery options like phone number and gmail alternative , i.e. both are hacked by someone. then how to get in to my gmail : deleted by moderator@gmail.com

my mobile is deleted by moderator and alternative recovery gmail is : deleted by moderator
please do needfull to recover my above another gmail
