Can't download files from yahoo mail [Closed]

Hello,
I am currently having trouble downloading file that are sent to my yahoomail account and also files that I send to myself, when I click on the save or download all, It just says no virus threat detected and no option to download or save file. Please help me.

go into Virus Controls; then Protection Against Viruses; click on Settings and uncheck the box that said "Threats in Web mail attachments". Remember, Yahoo uses Norton to download attachments so you can't have two virus protections "running" at the same time.
