My Pc doesn't play any sound,I just see red errow on volume tab,nd it say your sound device isn't installered,so I don't know to installered it I need help so that I can fix my pc

You must reinstall the sound card driver.

Can I reinstall the sound card without disk and how to reinstall it?

Go to your computer's manufacturer's website and download the driver.
