My keyboard is very hard to type on.

I have to hold the keys down real hard in order to type.
Also when I try to watch video's the screen is green and tells me there is a problem and for to try again later.

No I have not tried another keyboard yet!!!!

Well I suggest you try another keyboard as there seems to be a circuit issue with the present one.
