Hello, good morning, my laptop screen is not working. when i switch it on it is always black. plsease help me solve it. thanks . plsease let me hear from you soon. Also my keyboard also is not working well some of the keys. plsease how do i fix it.

Have you tried an external monitor?

As for the keyboard, only a technician in a repair shop can fix it.
