Can't seem to send

Hello, I am in Oslo Norway trying to send a group message to 92 contacts. I tested this from home (Washington state) and all worked well. I use Comcast for my email. I have sent the message to a test group of 2 contacts and that worked. I am assuming the problem is with Comcast or the internet here in Norway (it has seemed good and fast). Any suggestions. Should I split the group?
