RAM problem

Hi! as in subject i have a problem with my ram memory, i have a 64bit windows 10 home installed on 64bit hardware, 10 gb ram installed and only 1.95 usable.
How to make at least 5GB usable ?

i have tried with msconfig and it didn't worked

Well, how many sticks of ram is it, and are they the same type? If you have 3 sticks of ram in what slots are they in? The two sticks of the same type have to be married, leaving the third in a different socket bank.

What Motherboard is it, and what kind of RAM (Specs) do you have in?
