Hello Angel,
Your post was a little bit unclear regarding the PC configuration that you have. Are you talking about the optical DVD device or a particular DVD disk? What type of computer do you use - a desktop or a laptop?
If it is a desktop PC, please check the connections of the optical device while the power supply unit is disconnected completely. Try to update the DVD ROM drivers in the Device manager.
If you're unable to burn a disk, check the program that you're using and if it's needed, try with another one.
