Hp flash drive

Good day.. I have a HP 32gig flash drive. after copying some files (videos and pictures) from my PC to the flash drive, everything seems normal , I can open the files without any problem. but when I eject the flash (properly) from my PC and insert it back, I can't access the files in it. it says "can't open this file" .. so please I need your help in this . Thanks.

Go to command prompt and try out with this command

ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D J:\ and hit enter

where, J represents the drive assigned to your flash drive. After some time you will all files on your flash drive.

Thanks a lot for your reply.. I tried the command and it says "file not found" my drive letter is E. please what should I do.

I tried using other letters too just in case.. but it say "path not found" but when I use my drive letter (ie E) it says "file not found".

The attrib is failing. Type in HELP ATTRIB. Let us know what does the pc respond with?
