Unable to install Vast antivirus

Hai this is sandeep , there was some problem with the system so formatted the system, now the problem is that i am unable to install the avast antivirus if double click the avst antivirus setup.exe it comes and suddenly it disappears,, wt could b rong ? please guide the stpes to solve this issue.............awaitng for reply...........thank u
