Now showing using locked

Hello, ive just had my mobile phone which is an LG3 unlocked , popped my previous pay as you go sim which is an EE sim card and not getting anywhere which is now showing using locked could you please explain why this is happening? Thank you.

Hi,

do any network SIM cards work in your phone now?

it may be that in trying to unlock your phone, they've inadvertently blocked it.
