Hello, 

I reset my password this morning on my iPhone why isnt it working on my iPad?

Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0

Did yu change an account? Your iphone and ipad are two different devices, and bot are not controlled by one password (at the hardware level). Now your itunes may be the same on both devices (software password connecting to a server).
