...'i cant open my Samsung GT-E1200Y , when my sim got blocked or PUK ..and i ask to my cousin what is the sim lock code he forgot the digit..And now i cant open it it always says Sim Lock ...i change the sim...Please Help....

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
