How to factory reset vaio without a disk

Hi, My name is Thanh and i use a vaio model number SVF13N25CGS and i am using windows 8
Here the question how do factory reset it because it doesn't have a disk drive to use and i dont have any 18GB USB or more to use
P.S The alt+10 doesn't work on this one

Try holding [Alt] + [F10] keys as soon as you power on to start the factory restore process again. Make sure you have the power cord plugged in when you do it.

There is no other way to reset it.
