I can't connect to the wifi

Hello.

So, I'm at work and I can't connect to the wifi...I have no idea what's going on, I've looked online for answers but nothing helps.

If you are at work, then ask the ADMIN for the PASSWORD!

Oh yeah why didn't I think of that? Oh maybe because this is MY laptop and don't need a password, can't you see there is no wireless what's so ever!

Well, it is the work wifi! What is the big deal with asking for the admin to help you?

Well, we can't fix no broadcasting of signal, maybe your network ADMIN can fix it for you. Do you have the WIFI ON? I would google the WIFI switch for you, but you didn't provide us with more details concerning YOUR LAPTOP! You do need a password, or your Network admin is getting ready to have a RPE (Resume Producing EVENT!) for an OPEN network!!
