Language Problem on my facebook page

Hello,
I am using windows 7. My facebook page is in English. One of these days while on facebook, the language practically changed from English to a language I don't understand. I can't understand anything on my page right now. Notifications come only in this unknown language.
Please, what can I do to solve this?
