Setup Belkin range extender

Hello,
I am trying to setup this Belkin range extender and it is not letting me do it. When I plugged the range extender into the wall and went to the internet and typed in Belkin.setup all it gave me was a bunch of other sites to go to. It is not giving me the Home wifi, my network or the belking.f84. what am I doing wrong here?

If You Need to setup Your Belkin Range Extender Please Follow Steps To Get Your Extender Working –
just follow these steps

1-Range Extender Is An Plug And Play Device –
2-Plug The Range Extender and Connect with Belkin.setup and Now Configure Range Extender with Router .
