Hello,

My email has been hacked and ive done all i could to fill out the information form but Microsoft said it wasn't sufficient enough. Ugh! This account is link to everii do. Please help me. I had used my social security number as password....i know not such a great idea

We cannot DO anything. We host no emails. It is up to the service provider! Just be patient and provide as much detail to MS as possible.
