My wife tried to log into her Hotmail account and made the mistake by not fully completing .uk She entered deleted by moderator@hotmail.k and correctly entered her password. Since then every time I try to sign in to my Hotmail it defaults to her mistyped email address and password. My PC runs ms win7 Pro upgraded to Windows 10 and using outlook.
Your help to correct the above problem would be highly appreciated. I have already tried highlighting the above email address and using the delete key but the email address and password always return.
