Hello pankaj,
Please, come back to the topic to give me more information regarding the problem that the card presents. Are you talking about a SD card? How do you connect the card to the PC - via SD card adapter or you try to access it while it has been connected in a phone?
You can also check the card with the following command:
chkdsk X: /r
entered in the Command prompt. The command prompt must be opened in administrator mode.
