Cant figure out a formula

Hello,

I need help figuring out a formula that will if two cells values match then the data in selected rows will go to one if that makes sense....... so if data in L is equal to M then the data before L is aligned on the same row as the data after M of the two matched cells.

What would the final product look like after combing the data before L and after M?
