gmail account disabled due to suspicious activity Closed

Hello friends,
   This is Sravan Kumar. Whenever i am trying to login my Gmail account,it shows your Gmail account is disabled due to suspicious activity.I tried to recover the account but it can't.I used the option that Having trouble signing in,then I'm having other problems signing in.I entered my Gmail id and entered the password.In that About your Google Account,i entered the details.Then,it asks enter first phone number,i entered skip the question and all the questions is skipped.And i also tried by giving the first phone number and remaining details.But it can't recover.Friends,could anyone please help me to recover the account.I am using that account since my college days.It had lots of information of papers and materials and all.Thank you in advance.Hope i will get the information.

Here is what Google has to say about this type of problem: 

To recover access to this account, try signing in to your account through www.google.com/accounts with the last password you remember using. If your sign-in is successful, you’ll be asked to verify your phone number. Once the verification is complete, you can safely continue using your account. 

If your password is rejected, or if you are directed immediately to this page after signing in, please visit our password assistance page. Once you enter your Google Account email address and type the letters in the distorted picture, you can fill out your information on our contact form. Make sure you provide accurate and complete answers.
