Forgot Yahoo mail password, changed phone number and alternate

Hello,
i forgot my password and not using the phone number and alternate email address i provided. i think remember security question. how can i recover my password and how to check whether my account is active or not

i opened the password helper page i am not able to find the option " i have a problem with my password" and also after entering the CAPTCHA CODE i am not finding use my secret question option too
