reactivating my facebook account Closed

Hello, 
my facebook account has been hacked then disabled by facebook.
someone hacked into my email,changed my email address,and removed my number as well.
and now Facebook have sent a message that i cant receive my account back for personal reasons.
please help me

Hi

For personal reasons ! Strange !  What are those personal reasons ?  Facebook is not a person hence they will not disable an account for personal reasons.

Could have Facebook said: "Just because"?

How did one receive the news (message) that it was closed?  I have to say thanks to other members for this troubleshooting step!  I will call them out, if they don't speak up!
