My usb doesnt work

Hello,
im alacard and 1 of my usb's doesn't work and it shows the folder symbol instead of the usb picture and when i try to open it is says j:\ is not a valid Win32 application and id like to get my usb working again please tell me how to fix it

hi,
try to right-click on the icon and then select Explore.
this should open it.
