Cannot change time for messages in GMail

Hello,

I followed the instructions on changing the time, but when I go to the section on personal settings, I am not shown an 'Edit' button nor anywhere to change time zones. What can I do to change the times that my emails are being received? Thank you!

You need to be able to access your recovery option/s if u have any or just follow the simple steps

Try going to account settings or try editing your profile and set your location so that
the mailing server can better serve you
