I cant sent any mail from my gmail account ahy

I was using my gmail account to sent mail to large number of resiptans. Because google groups woud not show in the primary account and my gmail got blocked i cannot mail to any one of my contacts as a message (your account is currently disabled is beeing shown) Kindly tell me how to activate it its an inmportant mail and i have to sent it today.
