Acer gateway is not starting on battery

Hello,
my acer gateway laptop is not starting in battery but starting when it is plug in. after removing plug it suddenly turns off. battery is good and it is charging when plugin but laptop is not starting when pressing power button. please please please help..

It's probably a hardware problem with the low voltage power circuit. It might need a new motherboad.
