Gmail account is disabled

Hello,
My Gmail account (***@***) is disabled for reasons not known to me. When I tried to use the virtual support of gmail team on line, I realized that my account which was opened more than a decade ago ...the questions such as date of opening the account etc are becoming very difficult to answer..
Can any one help to retrieve the same?
