Hi Veera,
Are you trying to format the pendrive in Disk Management? If it is not working, try running Command Prompt and using the following commands:
Diskpart
List disk
Select Disk n (n must be the drive number)
Clean
Now go back to Disk Management and try to format the pendrive. If you have the option, try formatting it on another PC. Let me know, if there is any progress.
