I want to know, if I purchase a used iphone 6 from https://www.powermax.com/productcategory/used-iphone-6 , do I have to pay sales tax?

This the situation, Powermax are located in Oregon where there is no sales tax and I am situated in California which attracts sales tax.

Just click on buy and see what the charge is. You can always cancel if you don't like the total.
