I just built my pc it beeps as soon as it turns on

Hello,
It beeps but then quits after two or three times the cpu fan and two fans in the front as well as graphics card fans are all running I don't know what it could be please help.

Could be the CPU is not supported by the motherboard and/or the BIOS version.
