Dell inspiron 3420 showing boot options but will not boot

Hello,
my dell inspiron 3420 have same problem
while doing on my pc is showing boot up option with f2 and f12 option on start up
pc but hanged in that mode again n again. your above method not working for me
please help me what to do next to turn on my boot up option....
