Malware/virus encrypted all my files

Help! My computers at work has been infected with a virus that encrypted all my files ! Can I decrypt it? What utility tools or are available for removal? How can I decrypt or restore files encrypted by the virus? i don't have an antivirus.. i tried rannoh decrypted but i couldn't open the files from it... all the files ends with bgc.id-removed by moderator@india.com.xtbl :'(

I concur!

Often this type of virus comes with an e-mail attachment.
