Hi Aziz,
Are using an adaptor in order to connect the card with your PC? There may be a connectivity issue caused by the adapter. Could you please check the card on another device, like a phone for example, just to confirm that it is working properly? I would try testing it on another PC and, if possible, with another adapter. Open Disk Management and check if the card is detected and if it has a proper file format and a drive letter.
