Hibernation problem

Hello, my HP laptop has gone into hibernation and does'nt wanna go on again. I'v tried disconnecting the charger as well as the battery then back on but the caps lock light is atill turning on and off showing it is still on hibernation mode please help

Hold down the power button for 30 seconds!
