Formula to compare 2 excel spreadsheets and find the difference

Hello,
Would you be able to help me to find the formula to compare two excel spreadsheets?
I want to see if items appears on both spreadsheets. For instance, I want to see the value in columns A, B, C are the same as the value in columns A, B, C. If not, show me as "Not Match" and highlight the column.
I really appreciate your help.
