There is a two values, i.e 200 & 300 in two cell. Now we want the values which is in between that figure in different cell means value should not exceed 300 and not to decrease 200. if values got exceed 300 or decrease 200 then high light the values in different two colours.

E1 = 300
Select: B1:D1
Menu Conditional Format
New Rule
a)
=B1<$A$1
Choose Format Color you want
OK
New Rule
b)
=B1>$E$1
Choose Format Color you want
OK
