Password and Security question

Hello,

I forgot my password and my security question... Is there another way to retreive my email? because i used the email for my facebook and now im worrying if some trouble happen to my FB Account and i can't access my Yahoo mail to recover it.. I hope you can solve this now. Thanks

The signing in to Yahoo through Facebook and vice-versa has been no longer exist, it has been removed by Yahoo.
