Turn my PC on and it just beeps (once)

I recently bought a new gpu and a new power supply to match the requirements but upon installing them both my PC no longer turn on but the light is. The fans did turn on however for a second or so then turned off straight away but that to no longer happens

I think ur comp. Have ram problem
Open ur cpu
remove ram sticks
Clean then with cotton cloth
If still it beeps
Rearrange the rams
Or buy a new ram and replace with other
