Headphone problem

So i have problem with my headphones because i dont have place to plug them into speakers,theres place to plug them into my housing(i think thats the right term,place in which you plug in speakers mic,etc.)but if i plug them theyre not working i checked the audio manager and it isnt glowing which means pc isnt registering them so is the place i have to plug them damage and i need to get it fixed or is there anything else i can do i need solution fast!!!

Why do you need a solution fast? Patience is a virtue so relax.

First try to plug you headphone into the housing of another computer see if they work.
