Cheat keys for Dell Insperon 14 laptop?

I have a Dell Insperon14, 3000 Series Laptop that has me locked completely out. I forgot the user and admin password and I do not have a back up disc. This is a B-Day present and I will always create a back up recovery disc in the future. Can anyone please help me get the screens to open. Thanks in advance.

Sorry Shellinn but your admin password is a must and you can't get around it.

There should be a service number and serial number on the laptop, write them down and contact Dell for support.
