Hello,

when i want to close the tally erp9 after the work then it said tally is not responding what is the solution of this problem?

Tally.exe not responding
Web proxy not responding - Viruses & Security Forum

Just add this line to your tally.ini file:

sound= No

And it'll solve your problem immediately.
