Need a cleanup script for zhpdiag scan

Hello,

I scanned my computer with zhpdiag and I would like a cleanup script for zhpfix to fix the bugs it detected. I've used zhpdiag and zhpfix before but that was during specific problems in other posts and I've been provided with the cleanup scripts for those scans. I don't know how to create a script and have tried to research it but it all seemed too complicated so if anyone would like to provide me with the cleanup script for this scan or assist me I would be grateful.
