Tahir, i have best solution for you if can't login to your yahoo mail from their web (mail.yahoo.com).
I have faced same problem a few month ago and got a solution.
Login your yahoo mail with Mozilla Thunderbird that have worked fine for me and it did not ask me for phone verification.
Try it hope it helps you.
