Can't get into my Facebook

Hello,
I let someone use my phone and now it won't let me log in and I created my Account with my phone number, email, and name, and password. when I try to log in it says that my email don't not match any account and my number does not match and my password was changed. I tried everything even email reset codes and search and even made another account and i deleted Facebook from my phone and downloaded it again and it still wont let me can you please help me?
