Facebook id disable identification problem

i have a facebook account it may be disabled by facebook team but i am Real person and use real name account i give my government id proof many time but facebook team send this line i copy here line of facebook he say me these line

but i cannot understand why he again and aagain send this what a main motive of fb team.please sir/madam help it very urgent for me beacuse i facing many problem without my facebook account
