Featured channel does not show Closed

Question

I tried adding a featured channel but all it said was could not find a channel with this username 
or URL. I've asked for the channel that's in existence but did not show.
Anyone knows what the problem is?

Make certain the name is exact!  That is about the only thing I can come up with!
