I need my computer working ASAP please

Hello,
I restarted my computer and now every time that the computer tries to boot up and goes past the Windows boot screen, but before the logon screen, it pops up with a message that says:

"lsass.exe - application error. Failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application."

When I do click OK or close out the window, I get a blank screen and can't navigate past it at all. This happens every time that I restart the computer.

i tried everythingg the safe mode like every option but still doesn't work.. and how can i delete all my internet brower files and use all the spyware ,antivirus all that when i cant even get passed the blank screen. cant even get to my desktop
can you please help me i really need my computer back as soon as possible
